Refund Policy
A refund can be requested under the following conditions:
Player is registered for Fall & Spring Seasons: Players withdrawing prior to August 1 of the fall season will be issued a refund minus the AYSO National Fees. Players withdrawing between August 1 and August 15 of the fall season will be issued a refund of one half the registration fees. After August 15 of the fall season no refund will be issued.
Player is registered for Spring Season Only: Players withdrawing prior to March 15 of the spring season will be issued a refund minus the AYSO National Fees. Players withdrawing between March 15 and April 1 of the spring season will be issued a refund of one half the registration fees. After April 1 of the spring season no refund will be issued.
Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please email your request to the Regional Registrar ([email protected]). Please include player name, AYSO ID number, parent name, original method of payment, and mailing address.
